This demonstration lets you experience how Scout helps you make progress from a concrete situation. You can describe your situation in your own words, without knowing the regulations, reference frameworks or specialist terminology.
What is Scout for?
Scout helps you make progress from a concern expressed in your own words.
It distinguishes the elements you say you know from what remains uncertain, then suggests a useful question or next step. The demonstration does not immediately produce a complete diagnosis or score.
What should I do if Scout asks for information I do not have?
You can simply say that you do not know.
Missing information should remain uncertain. Scout can then help you identify what you need to find, ask for, verify or test to make progress.
Do I need to know the applicable regulations or reference frameworks?
No. Describe your situation as you would to a colleague.
Scout may mention regulations or reference frameworks when they are useful to its reasoning. A reference does not mean that all their requirements have been analysed, that they legally apply to your organisation or that your compliance has been established.
How does Scout reason?
Scout starts from your situation, distinguishes stated elements from uncertainties and suggests a way forward. When you add information, it uses the previous context, assesses what has changed and produces a new state.
In certain calibrated scenarios, safeguards supplement the AI’s reasoning before the response is displayed. They reduce some known deviations without guaranteeing that every answer will be correct.
Can Scout be wrong?
Yes. Scout may misunderstand wording, forget an element, add an assumption, close an uncertainty too early or suggest an imperfect next step.
Important information and decisions should be confirmed against reliable sources and, where necessary, by a competent person.
Does Scout verify the information provided?
No, not in this demonstration.
Scout reasons from what you state. It does not verify that an event actually took place or that a result is accurate. DEMO-002 does not allow you to upload or have a document examined.
Do my answers constitute evidence?
No. An answer entered remains a statement made by the user.
Stated information is not automatically available evidence. Available evidence has not necessarily been examined, found sufficient or validated.
Can Scout determine or certify compliance?
No. This demonstration does not perform an audit and does not provide certification, attestation or a definitive legal conclusion.
Scout can help structure a situation and prepare a next verification. It does not replace a competent authority, auditor, lawyer or expert.
What is actually tested in DEMO-002?
DEMO-002 tests a short journey: you describe a situation, Scout produces an initial state, you add information, then Scout updates the result while taking the context into account.
This continuity has been checked in the four demonstration languages. A specific scenario involving backups and restore tests has also been calibrated in depth in those languages.
These tests validate only the journeys and wording concerned. They do not measure Scout’s general performance or guarantee the same behaviour in every situation.
Which languages are available and to what level have they been validated?
The demonstration is available in French, Dutch, English and German.
The continuity between the two steps and the fixed wording of the calibrated scenario have been tested in these four languages. This does not constitute exhaustive validation of every possible formulation or of general language quality.
Does this demonstration represent the future Scout product?
Only in part. It demonstrates a design intention: starting from a real situation, maintaining the thread of the conversation and suggesting a way forward rather than using a fixed questionnaire.
It does not yet represent the full scope, robustness, interface or guarantees of the future product. Features mentioned in connection with assistance and supporting documents are previews when they do not yet provide an effective service.
What happens to the information entered?
The demonstration stores and retrieves results to maintain continuity between the two steps of the journey.
The current sources do not yet precisely describe the storage location, the data recorded, access, recipients, retention period, deletion, confidentiality or any use of entries for analysis or service improvement.
This information must be completed and validated before publication. Do not assume that entries are anonymous, confidential or immediately deleted.
